away free copies of their new debut 7-inch single next week at their first
ever UK show.
WHITE WIZZARD are set to bring true heavy metal back to the UK as the band
headlines Earache Records' 2009 Xmas Party at the Purple Turtle in London
next Thursday, 17th December, marking the band's first ever performance on
UK soil.
WHITE WIZZARD will be handing out copies of their debut 7-inch single at the
show, featuring the title track from their upcoming debut full-length album,
"Over The Top", as well as a cover of "Gates Of Gehenna" by CLOVEN HOOF.
The 7-inch comes on black vinyl and is limited to only 300 copies, which
will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Earache's 2009 Xmas Party is open to the public and entry is completely
free. As well as headliners WHITE WIZZARD, British crossover thrashers SSS
will also be performing, plus MUTANT with Ol Drake from EVILE. There will
also be heavy metal DJ sets from legendary NWOBHM DJ and Soundhouse founder
Neal Kay, plus Lady Gaga's DJ and resolute metalhead, Lady Starlight.
For free entry, UK metalheads should text the word PARTY to 60300, then head
to the Purple Turtle in Camden on Thursday, 17th December for some festive
metal mayhem. Doors open at 7pm.

WHITE WIZZARD recently finished recording OVER THE TOP, their full-length
follow-up to the HIGH SPEED GTO mini-album. OVER THE TOP was recorded with
producer Ralph Patlan (MEGADETH, UFO, MICHAEL SCHENKER) and is due to be
released in February, 2010.
