OCEANO REVEAL THE TRACK LIST AND CONCEPT OF THEIR UPCOMING ALBUM, "CONTAGION"

Chicago deathcore heavyweights, OCEANO are unleashing a brand new album on November 9th entitled CONTAGTION. Unmerciful in its utter viciousness, CONTAGION takes the band's signature sound to new levels of backbreaking heaviness. However, underneath the chunky breakdowns and terrifying growls lies a story about absolute power, absolute corruption and the evil that exists when everything is put together. "Contagion surrounds the listener in a story of a highly contagious epidemic purposely spread upon the population by corrupt positions of power" says vocalist, Adam Warren. "Contagion's concept further unfolds as the agenda of these actions are exposed and the real chaos ensues."

Take one look at the track list and fans will get a brief taste of the destructive tale to be unfolded on CONTAGION:

01. Precursor To Enslavement
02. Viral Re-Animation
03. Regulated Disposal Of Life
04. Quarantine
05. The Contaminated
06. Exist In Confinement
07. Persuasive Oppression
08. Weaponized
09. Sadistic Experiments
10. Remnants Aflame
11. Ending Intellect

Produced by Zeuss (MUNICIPAL WASTE, THE ACACIA STRAIN, HATEBREED, SHADOWS FALL), the new album, CONTAGION spreads in North America November 9th.

Previously released on vinyl in 2010 by Contagion Releasing and now sold out, Tutti Il Colori Del Buio by Washington, D.C. death crusters ILSA now sees release on CD through Dark Descent Records. Named one of Fenriz’s bands of the week, ILSA deliver nine tracks of blown out, severely down-tuned, crust-injected death-doom. This rotten slab of vile, crusty filth is now brought to you in a six-panel, UV gloss digipak. HazMat suit not included.

“On this second release of Ilsa, name after the exploitation movies from the 70s, the band delivers a great mix of death, doom and crust. It’s like Celtic Frost, Bolt Thrower, Winter, Discharge and Disfear were put in a mixer resulting in a massive piece of concrete.” Lords of Metal (90/100)
