MASSIVE WAGONS: NEW ALBUM 'FULL NELSON' LANDS AT #12 IN UK MIDWEEK CHART

'Full Nelson', the brand new album from English anthemic rockers MASSIVE WAGONS, has landed in the official UK midweek chart at number 12, marking a historic occasion for the Lancashire band.

Released last Friday, 10th August, 'Full Nelson' features 12 tracks of quintessentially British hard rock 'n' roll, and is on track to make MASSIVE WAGONS the first ever Lancashire band to chart in the UK Top 40.

Frontman Baz Mills comments:

"Not a chance in hell did I ever believe that some day our little rock band would come anywhere near charting an album!  Let alone entering at number 12!!!  Minds have been well and truly blown in camp Wagons; we write and perform but it's the biggest, most heartfelt thanks we send to the amazing people who have parted with their hard-earned cash to buy our music - you have made Massive Wagons an official part of rock history, that's never going away and we are extremely proud of all of our fans.  Thank you so much.  Lemmy was right all along... turns out rock isn't dead after all!  This one's for all the naysayers.  Much love, MW X"

To help MASSIVE WAGONS make UK chart history, pick up 'Full Nelson' on limited edition signed CD and vinyl, along with a range of great merch bundles here <http://www.earache.com/fullnelson>.  The album is also available on iTunes for the special price of just £4.99 for this week only here <http://bit.ly/fullnelson-itunes>.

MASSIVE WAGONS' new album 'Full Nelson' showcases the evolution of the band's songwriting, both sonically and lyrically.  From the rock-driven opener "Under No Illusion" to the bluesy feel of "Sunshine Smile"; from the slower, passionate and heartfelt "Northern Boy" to the heavier "Robot (Trust in Me)" (produced by Mike Exeter of BLACK SABBATH and JUDAS PRIEST fame), this is an album of expertly crafted songs and intense performances.
