Italian avant gardists Ephel Duath will perform a series of shows between April and May across nine European countries. They will also make it to Spain and Portugal for the very first time.
During the tour, the band will take the opportunity to introduce some exclusive songs from the upcoming album "Through My Dog's Eyes".
So far drum recordings have been completed for the album, by acclaimed drummer Marco Minnemann (H-Blockx, Necrophagist).

Frantik Magazine Online recently had the opportunity to speak with BIOMECHANICAL mastermind, John K about the making of CANNIBALISED, his views on illegal downloading and much more.
John K on the making of CANNIBALISED:
"It took 14 months from the day I started writing it to the day it was mixed and mastered. But even after that I had to produce the orchestral music from the songs as bonus tracks. The recording process with me as a producer is very meticulous. I don’t like leaving anything to chance and every element should be recorded as best as possible. So yeah man, it was tough. Add to that, that I had to produce the drums as drummer Matt C didn’t record on this album and you can imagine the volume of work. But it was worth it though. Thankfully with the help of producer Chris Tsangarides we managed to finish the album and create a disc that I am very proud of"
John K on illegal downloading:
"Millions of users downloading music for free? It can’t be a good thing for the industry. I understand that Metal is about the community and the good times and about playing music and not about the money but thing is. A lot of small labels who support some awesome bands will close. Real soon. And then there won’t be any releases. It’s a chain reaction. The bands need the record labels to get their shit out and the record labels need the bands to pay their staff. So yeah it kills the industry. On the other hand there are a lot of descent people out there who after downloading a CD go and buy it so it’s not straight forward."

GAMA BOMB CRUSH THRASH ASSAULT 2 FESTIVAL
Hi-octane Irish thrash machine GAMA BOMB recently returned from the Thrash Assault 2 Festival in Germany, impatient to make a quick return.

The band have recently completed the recording of their debut album 'Citizen Brain' with Scott Atkins at Grindstone Studios in Suffolk, and have been confirmed as openers on the UK leg of the Exodus tour in April, dates as follows:

Last weekend, BONDED BY BLOOD played a show to a crazed, sweaty and packed house in California and as always, the band absolutely thrashed the place like it had never been thrashed before.
To get the full BONDED BY BLOOD experience, however, you must be up on the stage, looking down upon the utter sea of humanity flailing about in the audience. Aside from the few brief seconds it would take you to climb on stage before flying back into the crowd again, you'd never be able to truly appreciate the insanity caused by such songs as "Feed The Beast" unless you were part of the band...until now.

BIOMECHANICAL - NEW INTERVIEW ON ABOUT.COM
Chad Bowar from About.com's Metal pages recently had the opportunity to speak with BIOMECHANICAL mastermind, John K about the hardships that come from being a metal musician, wanting to represent your art on your terms and what exactly makes a man like him tick.
John K on the arguments that led to the disintegration of the previous band lineup during the making of CANNIBALISED:
"...it was suggested that the band should go and play without a singer, something I knew wasn’t professional unless you have the right amount of instrumental tracks. As soon as I told them how I felt, things got really heavy. They decided to vote out and play without a singer. I broke after that. I basically had to let them know that they either respect the fact that I put something like 95% of work for this band and allow me to make an executive decision once in a while (especially when it comes down to my health). If they couldn’t respect that then good luck to them. They made up their minds about three weeks after that and left BIOMECHANICAL."
John K on guesting on Bruce Dickinson's BBC radio show:
"It was incredible. I am a huge MAIDEN fan. I never had the chance to meet any of them and meeting Bruce was awesome. I went there with our guitarist Chris Van Hayden. Bruce was really cool with the band and he told me about his son and how he is a BIOMECHANICAL fan. That was just surreal for me, dude. Here is the guy I grew up with, listening to his music, knowing about my band! That was just awesome. We went on to do the interview and halfway through Bruce said to Chris, ‘So, Chris...I hear you are…were…a pilot?’ and I was like ‘Oh crap!’ They couldn’t stop talking about damn airplanes, dude. It was hilarious. I was pretending to understand."
John K on the concept behind CANNIBALISED:
"This album is talking about the human spiritual death and the decline of the human society. It’s dealing with the issue of spiritual atrophy. As technology gets more advanced, the spirit gets more saturated with information, making any attempt to think impossible. Drowned in mundane things we’ve been turned away from the true state of our world and almost fed ignorance. And this can only lead to spiritual atrophy."
